HELLO!
I'm currently based in Houston, TX, working as a designer for the Innovation Team at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Previously, I worked as a Design Researcher for Blue Note Therapeutics, a prescription digital therapeutics company singularly dedicated to transforming mental health care for cancer patients. In tandem, I volunteered as a Design Researcher for The Better Lab, an independent venture under the auspices of UCSF located at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center (ZSFG) that uses design to study and fix healthcare challenges.
As an undergraduate studying Product Design at Stanford University, I developed a strong interest in human centered design and a passion for creating solutions for users who are often overlooked. As a master's student studying User Experience Design at Loughborough University, I built upon my design thinking and user research foundation by learning the stages of the product development process. Through the use of storytelling and gaining proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, I've learned how to effectively communicate and professionally deliver final concepts for external clients, accounting for real world implementation.
I look forward to continuing to work on projects that prioritize usability and accessibility for underserved users, especially vulnerable and marginalized groups, to provide innovative, meaningful solutions.
